XII

INSIDE THE ADYTUM

If all the world could just see the face beseeching against being alone,

those frightened eyes seeking for a pleasant sight,

those quivering hands searching for something sturdy to lean on,

that lost figure looking for a place to hide...

If only all the world could sense that underneath indifference lurks heartaches...

that behind strictness are uncertainties and fears unspoken...

Then all the world will see a young girl, sitting in a corner of a dark room...

afraid to poke around...

scared that none of she may reach will last just to be with her.

Some tough huh?
